Job Description
Based in Millersville, MD on site, the Director of Marketing will lead ROI Construction’s strategic marketing efforts, oversee brand stewardship, and drive multi-channel demand generation to deliver qualified leads. This role offers a yearly salary of USD 90,000 and requires at least five years of marketing leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing and Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each service line, such as roofing and siding, and conduct ongoing market research to tailor messaging to local homeowner profiles.
- Brand Management and Positioning: Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, from social media tone to truck wraps and employee uniforms, and shape perceptions to support premium pricing. Oversee reputation and customer experience processes to reinforce trust in the market.
- Digital and Performance Marketing: Manage the digital footprint to ensure strong performance in Google Local Services Ads, PPC, and SEO. Keep Google Business Profile and directory profiles optimized, manage lead aggregators to sustain lead quality, and direct visual and social media initiatives.
- Ground-Level and Traditional Marketing: Lead localized campaigns including targeted direct mail to storm-affected or high-utility-rate zip codes, and supervise field marketing assets such as canvassing routes and on-site branding (yard signs, fleet wraps).
Requirements
- Five or more years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in home services, construction, or a related high-ticket consumer industry.
- Holistic marketer who blends high level brand strategy with data-driven lead generation.
- Channel expertise across the home services marketing stack, including LSA, SEO, PPC, direct mail, canvassing strategies, and social media.
- Experience managing a marketing budget, leading internal teams, and coordinating with external vendors or digital agencies to ensure ROI.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and Google Analytics, capable of translating data into actionable marketing tactics.
