Job Description
Glasheen, Valles & Inderman, LLP is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to steer the firm’s online growth from its Lubbock, Texas office. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of PPC, SEO, and web performance analytics, translating data into actionable growth plans that drive signed cases.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize high-budget PPC initiatives across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Local Service Ads.
- Lead Quality Optimization: Prioritize conversion-rate optimization and lead quality to drive signed cases.
- SEO & Analytics: Conduct technical SEO audits and monitor performance with Google Analytics, call-tracking software, and internal tools.
- Reporting: Produce actionable, leadership-facing reports that translate complex metrics into clear business insights.
- Creative Collaboration: Develop and test ad copy and landing pages that connect with potential clients.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
- Platform Expertise: Deep proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, and Google Local Service Ads.
- Data Literacy: Advanced MS Excel skills and experience using analytics tools to track multi-channel attribution.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks quickly in a deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and project-management skills; managing sizable budgets requires precision.
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate marketing strategy and performance results to non-technical stakeholders.
