Job Description

Origami Owl is seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Commerce Specialist to drive campaigns, manage social channels, and support ecommerce growth from Gilbert, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing programs that support product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Maintain the digital marketing calendar and field campaigns around key company initiatives.
  • Apply SEO best practices to product pages, collections, metadata, and landing pages.
  • Perform keyword research and recommend actions to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Track campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Coordinate paid social advertising with internal teams or external partners.
  • Grow revenue through strategic social commerce initiatives.
  • Own the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Produce Reels, Stories, TikToks, photography, graphics, and short form video.
  • Craft captions that reflect the brand voice and tone.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms.
  • Engage with the community through comments and direct messages.
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to inform strategy.
  • Tag products, add links, and manage calls to action.
  • Plan and execute Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop campaigns.
  • Optimize social commerce experiences to drive conversions.
  • Capture photography and video for product launches, events, and lifestyle content.
  • Design graphics using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Edit short form video content with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Maintain brand consistency and organize digital assets for accessibility.
  • Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Manage automated flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Support and coordinate live selling events across Instagram, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
  • Assist with planning live shopping calendars, featured products, and promotions.
  • Partner with creators and internal hosts to maximize engagement and sales.
  • Analyze live selling performance and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate influencer gifting, PR mailers, and creator partnerships.
  • Track deliverables and campaign performance against plans.
  • Build authentic relationships with creators and brand advocates.
  • Track KPIs across social media, ecommerce, email, SEO, and digital campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on customer behavior and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or ecommerce.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, social media, or content creation.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram Shop and/or TikTok Shop.
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Short-form video editing experience.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, metadata optimization, and content optimization.
  • Strong copywriting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4).
