Job Description

In a remote setting, the Digital Marketing Director at World Insurance Associates, LLC leads a small marketing team to serve as the strategic conduit between marketing activities and sales partners. The role translates business priorities into campaigns, content, and programs that help client advisors build relationships and expand their market presence, reporting to the SVP, Digital Strategy. This position focuses on driving integrated campaigns and content-driven success across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, execution, and management of content strategies to attract, engage, build brand loyalty, and generate leads for client advisors through content creation, social media, and email marketing.
  • Curate content for landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and other messaging opportunities such as podcasts or videos.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand audience nuances and generate targeted content.
  • Utilize client data to craft messaging that demonstrates value.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client advisors' strategies.
  • Lead strategy and content development for website, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Draft, edit, and review a range of written communications with accuracy based on direction from clients and supervisors.
  • Learn client industries, monitor market trends and the competitive landscape, and share insights with teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop recommendations, manage project requests, strategize, and measure program success to advance integrated campaigns.
  • Generate proactive ideas and opportunities to support client objectives and storytelling.
  • Provide research and client counsel aligned with strategic plans and programs.
  • Track and report on campaign results.
  • Develop and/or conduct content workshops, webinars, or lunch-and-learn sessions as appropriate.
  • Support World events and conferences as appropriate.
  • Stay informed about new social media and marketing trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, demand generation, content marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, web, landing pages, blogs, webinars, videos, podcasts, and other digital channels.
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills with the ability to translate business objectives, sales needs, and audience insights into clear, compelling content.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams, business development leaders, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and advance projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including managing timelines, coordinating contributors, tracking approvals, organizing assets, and handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, plus strong design skills with Canva and Stripo or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in using campaign performance data, client insights, market research, and reporting metrics to improve messaging, content strategy, and program results.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Jasper.ai, M365, Claude, and Perplexity.
