The Brokerage Marketing Specialist at Cross Street Real Estate LLC transforms brokerage marketing plans into ready-to-use deliverables for teams and agents. This onsite role in Chicago focuses on listing marketing, social and email content, print and digital collateral, and ongoing support through the marketing center and agent training resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce listing marketing materials for each new listing, including property flyers, brochures, feature sheets, just-listed and just-sold announcements, and open house materials.
  • Review listing descriptions and property highlights to ensure brand voice alignment and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Order and install signage, including yard signs, open house signs, sign riders, and “coming soon” and “sold” riders.
  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for the brokerage channel on Instagram, including posting cadence and campaign themes.
  • Publish and schedule content for new listings, sold properties, open houses, agent spotlights, client testimonials, and market updates.
  • Assist brokerage teams with curated social media strategy development, including campaign planning, posting cadence, and performance optimization.
  • Create and maintain branded templates in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools for flyers, presentations, social posts, business cards, and email headers.
  • Maintain an organized centralized marketing center, including current templates, brand guidelines, logos, and approved photography, while retiring outdated files.
  • Review agent-created materials for brand and compliance requirements, including license number, brokerage name, and the Equal Housing logo, before publication or print.
  • Fulfill agent requests for custom materials within agreed turnaround times, including standard items with a 2 business day timeline.
  • Maintain inventory for printed and physical materials, including business cards, brochures, signs, lockboxes, and event supplies.
  • Set minimum stock levels, log quantities monthly, and place reorders with print vendors to prevent shortages.
  • Compare vendor quotes, track marketing spend against budget, and submit invoices for approval.
  • Lead training sessions for agents and brokers covering social media, email tools, the CRM, and the marketing center.
  • Write how-to guides, checklists, and best-practice documents for content creation, listing marketing, and platform use.
  • Support new agent and broker onboarding by presenting the marketing toolkit and setting up accounts and templates.
  • Support brokerage events such as client appreciation events, community sponsorships, broker open houses, and recruiting events with invitations, signage, registration, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to keep branding, messaging, and campaigns consistent across markets.
  • Document repeatable marketing workflows across listing, buying, and closing stages, such as a listing launch checklist and post-closing client follow-up sequence.
  • Create standardized request forms and templates so agent requests are submitted and tracked consistently.
  • Prepare a monthly summary of campaign results, request volume, turnaround times, and inventory for the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Serve as a flexible, hands-on resource for urgent portfolio needs, including rush listing launches and last-minute events.
  • Oversee and assist brokerage teams and agents to keep marketing efforts on brand and on schedule.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in residential or commercial real estate, multifamily, hospitality, or another client-facing support role.
