Job Description

Simmons Fine Jewelry is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to grow its brand presence in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment in Meridian, Idaho.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Assist with content creation and improve layout and visual presentation
  • Track digital performance metrics and prepare reports to inform optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to maintain cohesive brand messaging
  • Contribute creatively to social media initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads
  • Produce content for luxury jewelry brands to raise consumer awareness across multiple platforms
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots
  • Design and develop assets for all marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Media, Digital Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on social media management experience, including Meta Business accounts
  • Experience creating and updating content, launching paid campaigns, and analyzing data
  • Proficiency with Meta Business and social initiatives on Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience with Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads campaigns
  • Creative videography and photography skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Good visual eye for marketing high-end jewelry across these platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Positive, growth-oriented, proactive mindset
  • People skills suitable for a luxury retail environment

Compensation

Salary: USD 45,000 – 50,000 per year

The Role

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator with a strong foundation in hands-on social media strategy, creative design, and paid media campaign execution to support and grow our brand presence in a dynamic marketing environment. This is an in-person position based in Meridian, Idaho, working 40 hours per week (Tuesday through Saturday) with Sundays and Mondays off. Some events may occur outside normal hours, and a very small amount of travel could be required for events.
