Key Marketing and Business Development Responsibilities
- Develop and run email marketing campaigns targeting local businesses and organizations.
- Initiate outbound email and phone outreach to create new corporate dining and catering opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses, offices, event planners, and community groups.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a structured pipeline of leads.
- Respond promptly to catering and corporate event inquiries.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Social Media and Online Presence
- Assist with managing social media accounts by scheduling and posting content.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews on Google and other platforms to maintain a positive online reputation and guest engagement.
- Coordinate marketing content with management and restaurant events.
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Maintain customer databases and marketing contact lists.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and marketing projects.
- Assist management with day-to-day office and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, administration, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional email communications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
