About Vega
The $250B insurance claims industry is bogged down by fax-based processes, endless phone tag, and paperwork-heavy workflows, leading to months-long cycle times and data trapped in legacy systems. Vega is the leading AI-native claims third-party administrator designed to modernize the entire stack. Our team blends experienced insurance operators with modern technologists who are focused on delivering superior outcomes for clients and shipping impactful solutions.
Our results include 10x year-over-year revenue growth and a run-rate trajectory toward a substantial milestone in under two years. We are backed by marquee venture firms such as General Catalyst and Valor.
We aim to be an AI-forward organization and expect the same mindset from our team, leveraging intelligent tooling to accelerate work and inform strategic decisions.
The role
We are seeking a leader who will own Vega's external presence across channels and in person, crafting content that earns trust from carriers and MGAs, and shaping conferences and the commercial narrative that positions Vega as the obvious choice even before a product demo is scheduled.
As AI reshapes how buyers discover, evaluate, and engage with vendors, this role will be central to Vega's go-to-market thinking and execution. It sits at the intersection of strategy, market development, and communications, collaborating directly with the CEO, Sales, and BizOps to translate complex insurance technology concepts into market-facing materials, while owning high-stakes external projects with real latitude to influence Vega's perception.
