Job Description
Entry-level Brand Promoter and Canvasser in Syracuse, NY (onsite), focused on door-to-door outreach, product promotion, and scheduling consultations to help the team hit sales targets with uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct doorstep outreach to homeowners to present product options and generate leads.
- Participate in ongoing training to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Use the CRM system to schedule consultations and work toward meeting activity goals.
- Strive to exceed quotas and contribute to overall team success.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Sales experience is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends if needed
