Marketing Associate

Innovative Products of America (IPA®), IPA Tools is hiring an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support daily marketing, online sales, and customer service activities in Woodstock, NY (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Create content for social media, articles, product pages, advertisements, and sales materials
• Produce basic graphics and promotional content for digital platforms
• Schedule social media posts and monitor comments, messages, and other interactions
• Monitor advertising campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Bing
• Create, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces
• Manage product copy, images, A+ Content, pricing, and inventory information
• Track and address issues related to duplicate listings, unauthorized resellers, MAP compliance, and brand consistency
• Monitor customer reviews, questions, listing issues, and marketplace performance signals
• Update website product pages, including images, copy, articles, and downloadable materials
• Assist with ecommerce, advertising, and marketing performance reporting
• Support product launches, promotions, and other marketing projects
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide help with basic customer questions and order entry when needed

Requirements

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfort learning ecommerce, social media, and advertising platforms
• Basic graphic design or image-editing experience is preferred
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, WordPress, WooCommerce, or digital advertising platforms is a plus
• Previous marketing, ecommerce, or customer service experience is helpful
