- Leverage cohort data and retention dashboards to identify drop-off points and craft messaging or offers to re-engage
- Personalize customer journeys based on behavior, preferences, purchase history, lifecycle stage, and subscription status
- Design and optimize lead generation funnels, including landing pages, lead magnets, quiz funnels, referral initiatives, and nurture sequences
- Grow and monetize email and SMS databases by converting new leads into customers
- Architect and launch a loyalty program from the ground up, covering tiering, rewards mechanics, customer challenges, and gamification concepts
- Own the strategy for email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, Klaviyo setup, deployment, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with paid media, creative, brand, and Shopify teams to bring lifecycle initiatives to market rapidly
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related roles, preferably with DTC brand exposure
- Hands-on Klaviyo expertise, including flows, segmentation, dynamic content, campaign execution, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Shopify and familiarity with subscription platforms such as ReCharge, Stay AI, Loop, or similar
- Strong analytical instincts with comfort in cohort analysis, retention reporting, churn drivers, and opportunities to improve LTV
- Experience building lifecycle programs from scratch rather than maintaining existing campaigns
- Proven ability to develop lead generation funnels that expand email/SMS databases and convert leads into customers
