Job Description
Based in Dania, FL with a hybrid work setup, Cruise.com seeks a CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own the CRM, lifecycle, and email programs, building HubSpot-driven customer journeys that boost engagement, loyalty, and repeat bookings.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM and lifecycle strategy from planning through execution, aligned with business priorities.
- Design customer lifecycle programs that drive repeat bookings, retention, and long term engagement.
- Develop segmentation frameworks using booking history, preferred cruise lines, destinations, travel behavior, engagement history, and other CRM data.
- Build and maintain automated journeys, nurture tracks, win-back campaigns, and personalized workflows in HubSpot.
- Craft targeted initiatives that reconnect past cruisers with relevant destinations, lines, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Continuously optimize journeys through testing, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Maintain CRM data quality, audience lists, and segmentation to support precise targeting and personalization.
- Develop and execute Cruise.com's email marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
- Build, test, schedule, and deploy email campaigns within HubSpot.
- Create highly personalized emails leveraging segmentation and behavioral data.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, creative, segmentation, and send times.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Ensure email campaigns align with seasonal promotions, partner relationships, and business priorities.
- Collaborate on Cruise.com's blog content strategy with the Marketing Coordinator and identify SEO, AEO/GEO opportunities.
- Ensure blog content supports CRM campaigns and promotional priorities while meeting quality and brand standards.
- Review blog content for accuracy, consistency, and marketing impact.
- Partner with the Social Media team to integrate campaigns across email, blog, and social channels.
- Maintain messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing efforts.
- Share insights and performance data to strengthen cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Director of Marketing on campaign planning and overall customer strategy.
- Prepare monthly CRM and marketing performance reports.
- Analyze engagement, lifecycle metrics, and campaign results to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs such as retention, repeat bookings, email performance, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Present data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience and marketing outcomes.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing automation.
- Advanced, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including:
- Customer segmentation
- Workflows and automation
- Lifecycle marketing
- Email campaign development
- Dynamic lists and personalization
- Campaign reporting and analytics
- Proven track record designing and executing lifecycle marketing programs that boost engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Must possess a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cruise, travel, hospitality, tourism, or vacation industries.
- Knowledge of cruise products, customer buying behavior, and seasonal travel patterns.
- Experience marketing to existing customer databases with a focus on retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and AI assisted search optimization (AEO/GEO).
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and marketing reporting dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
