Junior Marketing Associate

Crown Legacy Inc is seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join its on-site team in Brookfield, WI. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity centered on supporting promotional marketing efforts and representing client brands in retail environments, with hands-on training and ongoing mentorship.

In this role, you will work face-to-face with consumers, assist with customer acquisition and sales initiatives, and build practical knowledge of campaign strategy and performance tracking. The position is designed to support professional development and advancement based on individual performance and business needs.

Role Focus

• Support customer engagement and promotional marketing campaigns
• Interact directly with consumers to provide product information and answer questions
• Represent client brands professionally within retail environments
• Assist with customer acquisition and sales initiatives
• Learn campaign strategy, performance tracking, and core marketing fundamentals
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and development sessions
• Collaborate with team members to reach individual and team goals
