Field-based Multifamily Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing property-level marketing plans to drive traffic, occupancy, and revenue for Monarch's Minot and Williston, ND apartment communities.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing performance of assigned apartment communities, shaping strategies to boost traffic and maximize occupancy.
- Create and execute custom, property-level marketing plans tailored to each community.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to lift leasing results.
- Analyze market surveys, pricing, and occupancy trends to support rent growth and promotions.
- Enhance online reputation and digital presence across listings, reviews, and websites.
- Review leasing calls and coach teams to improve closing ratios.
- Train and mentor leasing professionals using GraceHill, webinars, and eLearning tools.
- Manage digital channels including community websites, Craigslist, and social media.
- Conduct on-site audits of leasing activity, Yardi data, and compliance.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and marketing reports.
- Identify regional trends and implement creative, data-driven solutions.
- Travel regularly between Minot and Williston communities to execute initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with multifamily or real estate preferred.
- Proven experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and present confidently.
- Highly organized, analytical, and self-directed.
- Willingness to travel within North Dakota, including Minot and Williston.
- Positive, professional, and results-driven.
Compensation
- Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year.
