Job Description

At IONOS, this role focuses on improving US customer acquisition efficiency by owning the performance path from ad to conversion. The position is hybrid in Philadelphia, PA, with collaboration across central German teams.

What you’ll own

CAC and new-customer inflow: move blended CAC toward target while delivering inflow goals, channel by channel.
The full journey from ad unit to conversion: manage creative, channel setup and buying, landing page and offer coordination, and end-to-end measurement. This includes briefing and producing creative assets such as image, video, and carousels.
Channel expansion and scaling: stand up and grow TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube pre-roll, podcast, CTV, and creator/affiliate using short, disciplined test loops.
Creator marketing execution: develop scripting and storytelling, brief creators, and turn creator output into paid assets that can be tested.
AI-driven iteration: use generative AI for creative and copy, and LLMs and analytics to run daily optimization with pod-level leverage.
Cross-team partnership: collaborate with central German teams and coordinate with the Website A/B PO on landing pages and conversion.

Experience and working style

3 to 6 years in performance or growth marketing, ideally within direct-to-consumer / eCommerce or affiliate.
Experience with owned paid budgets and being measured on efficiency.
Owner mentality: treat the budget like it is your own money and the outcome like it is your own business.
AI-first operator: already use LLMs and generative tools to produce, analyze, and optimize quickly.
Full-funnel fluency: comfortable going deep across creative, channel buying, landing pages, offers, and analytics, including working in ad accounts and spreadsheets.
Player-coach: hands-on execution with the ability to raise the bar for early-career teammates and act as a sounding board.
Matrix-comfortable: get things done across teams and time zones without formal authority.
Open to working from Center City Philadelphia at least 3 times per week.
Occasional opportunity to travel internationally to meet global colleagues and share ideas.

12 months: blended CAC moving toward target while inflow targets are met, with a playbook that others can run.
