Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote Artisan Industries products and services, clearly communicating value propositions to target audiences.
  • Use digital channels such as social media, email marketing, online advertising, and blogs to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
  • Create compelling marketing content including sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and white papers to support sales efforts and boost brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion within the business.
  • Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events, managing logistics and promotional activities to maximize exposure and lead generation opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, Google Analytics data, and website traffic to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage customers at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical marketing or related roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
