Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote Artisan Industries products and services, clearly communicating value propositions to target audiences.
Use digital channels such as social media, email marketing, online advertising, and blogs to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
Create compelling marketing content including sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and white papers to support sales efforts and boost brand visibility.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion within the business.
Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events, managing logistics and promotional activities to maximize exposure and lead generation opportunities.
Track and analyze key marketing metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, Google Analytics data, and website traffic to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage customers at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical marketing or related roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), and digital marketing platforms.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
