Senior Marketing Specialist
Job Description
This senior marketing role leads service line marketing planning and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels for Cincinnati Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary marketing relationship manager for multiple service lines and programs, building and sustaining strong client partnerships.
- Manage client expectations, proactively surface risks or issues, and escalate as needed.
- Communicate project status, performance, and results to clients and marketing leadership.
- Develop and implement annual integrated marketing plans and messaging strategies for divisions and service lines, with a focus on patient and family audiences as well as subspecialist groups.
- Collaborate with channel experts across paid, owned, and earned media to design and activate integrated campaigns.
- Lead marketing and communications teams in executing plan tactics, including digital marketing, content development, direct marketing, and advertising.
- Provide strategic marketing consultation to service lines to address business challenges and achieve goals.
- Work with clients to define objectives and deliver proactive, solution-oriented marketing and communications guidance.
- Identify marketing opportunities in partnership with paid, owned, and earned channel experts.
- Serve as marketing project manager, ensuring initiatives align with client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two or more years of experience in a related marketing discipline
