Job Description

This on-site role in Chattanooga, TN offers an opportunity to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives with a culture that values collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement marketing campaigns across digital, retail, distributor networks, and live events
  • Support sales growth by managing distributor marketing programs, point-of-sale materials, promotions, and product launches
  • Steer creative production, including packaging design, advertising, promotional materials, and brand assets
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, digital marketing, and graphic design teams to ensure strong execution across markets
  • Align social media, set website priorities, and coordinate digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee multiple projects, timelines, and marketing workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with trade shows, events, sponsorships, and market activities
  • Track campaign performance, maintain marketing dashboards, and support reporting initiatives
  • Help improve marketing organization, structure, and execution processes
  • Manage and oversee the company’s distributor marketing support initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a professional setting
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience supporting retail, distributor, or channel-based sales organizations preferred
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, and campaign coordination
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
  • Beverage, food, CPG, or related consumer brand experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Wix, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for distributor visits, trade shows, events, and market support
