Responsibilities

  • Oversee pursuit schedules from kickoff to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Direct writing, editing, and layout of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with technical staff to collect, refine, and organize content
  • Plan, implement, and manage the company’s social media content calendar
  • Coordinate internal and external events such as open houses and trade shows
  • Lead and analyze market research to inform strategy
  • Support the use of internal tools, templates, and process improvements
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Ability to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to draft and edit documents such as e campaigns, proposals, case studies, presentations, and resumes
