Job Description

West Coast University, Inc. offers the opportunity to shape CRM marketing across West Coast University (WCU) and American Career College (ACC), using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive satisfaction, loyalty, conversion, and retention. This onsite role in Irvine, CA includes competitive pay, with bonus eligibility and a CA salary range of USD 110,256.35 - USD 159,866.30 /Yr.

What you’ll do

  • Lead CRM and lead nurturing strategies to optimize lead performance and conversion, delivering a CRM Center of Excellence for the organization.
  • Use analytics to track performance, inform decision-making, and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee optimization of Salesforce CRM to improve customer data management, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency.
  • Create and manage email and text campaigns and end-to-end journeys that nurture leads, increase engagement, and improve retention.
  • Leverage customer data and analytics to uncover insights into behavior, preferences, and trends, then apply those insights to refine CRM strategy.
  • Identify channel trends and insights, including open rate, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Develop clear, concise reports that visualize CRM campaign performance for stakeholders.
  • Run A/B testing to determine the most effective journeys, creative, calls to action, and content.
  • Partner with the SEO team to develop content that resonates with the audience and supports engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content to business goals and maintain brand alignment with college and university brand guidelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in CRM, including existing and emerging AI solutions, to enhance user experience and deliver forward-looking strategies.
  • Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and capabilities to support implementation best practices.
  • Perform responsibilities in alignment with College/University policies, the Code of Ethical Conduct, Compliance Agreement, Sexual Harassment Policy, applicable federal and state laws, and professional standards.
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance, record time accurately, and support a safe and orderly workplace.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in CRM marketing.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including customization, integration, and optimization.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and Audience Segmentation.
  • Strong database and data management skills, including the ability to manage large datasets for email and text campaigns.
  • Proficiency in testing and optimization, including A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
  • Experience with performance analytics, including the ability to elevate key insights that support growth, retention, and brand performance.
  • Demonstrated expertise creating and managing email journeys.
  • Experience developing and managing CRM strategy, including targeting and segmentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills.
  • Proven project and time management abilities, including multitasking and taking initiative.
  • Ability to present CRM performance data through dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with high-ranking executives in development and approval processes.
  • Experience in higher education is valuable, but not required.
