This Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B) role supports growth for Legacy Talent Search's client by leading digital campaigns, content development, search optimization, and performance analysis to drive results.
Location and Schedule
Location: Burlington, Washington — hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 days in the office each week.
Compensation
Salary: USD 78,000 - 90,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email, SEO, and content channels.
- Create and manage marketing assets including social graphics, campaign creative, website copy, presentations, and short-form video content.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Help shape content strategy and provide recommendations to boost engagement, generate leads, and improve overall campaign performance.
- Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices, including on-page optimization and content improvements.
- Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Generate and present marketing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness.
- Contribute strategic ideas to support marketing objectives and business growth.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and practices to drive ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- At least five years of digital marketing experience with a strong B2B background.
- Experience in technical, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or similarly complex industries is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Power BI, and social media analytics tools.
- Proven ability to produce visually polished marketing materials with strong design sensitivity.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital campaign execution, content creation, design capabilities, and performance-driven marketing results is required.
