Job Description

Senior Content Marketing Manager, onsite in New York, NY, with a salary range of USD 94,100 - 159,500 per year, will join Unity Technologies SF to shape GTM content strategy for ads monetization products and drive a full pipeline of content across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the go-to-market content strategy and deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Build and manage a robust content pipeline that supports the GTM plan across the customer journey, including case studies, customer stories, blog posts, ebooks, webinars, co-marketing materials, newsletters, reports, and presentations.
  • Own the end-to-end production of customer stories and case studies, from identifying opportunities to securing approvals and delivering in GTM-friendly formats.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and integrated marketing to ensure content aligns with messaging, campaigns, and business priorities.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze data, and share actionable insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Oversee content through internal review and legal compliance processes to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B content marketing that drives engagement and supports strategic priorities, aligned with messaging and positioning.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, translating complex ad tech or performance marketing topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Experience owning a content program, including coordinating stakeholders and exercising editorial judgment.
  • Understanding of demand generation campaigns, with experience crafting content strategy aligned with such campaigns and executing at scale.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify content opportunities, manage competing priorities, and drive execution independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills across product marketing, integrated marketing, creative, and sales teams.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, SEO basics, and analytics tools; willingness to learn GEO tools to optimize AI-powered search.
  • Comfort navigating internal review and legal compliance processes with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience distributing content across multiple channels and familiarity with content performance metrics.
  • Resilient, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
