How Success Will Be Measured

Success is defined by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, producing profitable bookings, and delivering a client experience that builds trust. Performance is measured through qualified inquiries and their sources, response time and follow-up completion, and sales movement such as tours scheduled and attended, inquiry-to-tour conversion, tour-to-booking conversion, and time to close. Additional measures include confirmed bookings, booked revenue, average booking value, and marketing cost per qualified inquiry and per booking. CRM record accuracy, forecasts, and the quality of events-team handoffs are also tracked. Social reach and engagement support evaluation of marketing, while the primary focus remains business generated.
