Sales & Marketing Manager

TimeWise Cleaning, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to strengthen and own the company’s sales and marketing process while staying hands-on with customer interactions. This onsite role in Victor, NY combines lead response, quoting, conversion, and continuous process improvement, supported by an evolving tech stack including MaidCentral.

Role Overview

You will personally manage key parts of the sales journey, from responding to residential inquiries to conducting in-person commercial estimates. Alongside daily execution, you will work to improve systems and tools that make quoting, booking, follow-up, and lead tracking more efficient and consistent. Marketing support spans email, online, social, referrals, re-engagement, seasonal campaigns, and local outreach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential leads by phone, text, and email
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and provide accurate quotes
• Follow up with leads and convert them into recurring customers
• Help customers understand the TimeWise difference
• Conduct in-person estimates for commercial cleaning opportunities
• Build relationships with commercial clients and guide them through the process
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally, including high-value relationships
• Track sales activity, conversion rates, revenue, and other key numbers
• Learn how the company currently sells, identify what is working and what is not, and help make improvements
• Simplify the quoting and booking process
• Create improved sales scripts and follow-up systems
• Document the sales process so it remains consistent and repeatable
• Build internal tools, forms, templates, and workflows
• Improve lead management and customer information handling
• Evaluate MaidCentral and other technology to determine best support for the process
• Find ways to save time while improving the customer experience
• Generate business through email marketing, Google/online marketing, and social media
• Support growth through customer referrals, re-engaging former customers and unconverted leads, and promotions/seasonal campaigns
• Support local marketing through flyers and other neighborhood outreach
• Support commercial prospecting and outreach
• Track where leads and customers come from
• When sales are slow, call former customers, reach out to businesses, distribute flyers, or try new approaches
• Work closely with the owner and existing marketing resources while gradually taking more ownership of the marketing function

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to travel locally for commercial estimates and other business needs
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort using computers and learning new software

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Location: In person, Victor, NY
• Pay: USD $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience

• Cleaning industry experience is a plus, since understanding the service and customers matters
• If you do not have cleaning experience, you must be willing to learn the business
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required
