Sales & Marketing Manager

This in-person Sales & Marketing Manager role is based in Honolulu, HI 96817 with Express Employment and runs Monday through Friday. The position focuses on driving business revenue, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market opportunities, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and sustain long-term customer relationships
• Negotiate service contracts, pricing, and rates
• Promote company services and assist with sales package development
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments
• Track account activity, changes, progress, and profitability
• Monitor industry trends, customer demographics, and competitor activity
• Identify opportunities to expand into new markets
• Create sales reports and maintain customer agreements and historical data
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content development
• Travel locally as needed for customer relations and business development

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in sales, marketing, logistics, or supply chain management
• Proven B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of trucking, warehousing, ocean freight, inter-island transportation, or intermodal services preferred
• Experience with social media advertising and digital marketing strategies
• Demonstrated success with SEO, email marketing, and content writing
• Strong contract negotiation, pricing, and relationship-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Must be a current Hawaii resident

Onsite: Honolulu, HI 96817
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Compensation

Salary: USD 65,000 to 70,000 per year
