Job Description
Entry-level Sales and Marketing Coordinator position based in Kahului, Maui, onsite, supporting sales and digital operations to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Format and produce polished proposals, presentation decks, and order confirmations
- Collect, organize, and submit creative assets for campaigns
- Coordinate with creative teams and ad operations to meet deadlines
- Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and status updates
- Assist in compiling client summary reports and share key results with clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records for sales and fulfillment activities
- Support Account Executives with client outreach
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Must reside on Maui
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years in coordination, customer service, or administrative support
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
