Job Description

Entry-level Sales and Marketing Coordinator position based in Kahului, Maui, onsite, supporting sales and digital operations to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Format and produce polished proposals, presentation decks, and order confirmations
  • Collect, organize, and submit creative assets for campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative teams and ad operations to meet deadlines
  • Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and status updates
  • Assist in compiling client summary reports and share key results with clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for sales and fulfillment activities
  • Support Account Executives with client outreach
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and internal teams

Requirements

  • Must reside on Maui
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in coordination, customer service, or administrative support
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
