Job Description

Entry-level Sales and Marketing Coordinator position based in Kahului, Maui, onsite, supporting sales and digital operations to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Format and produce polished proposals, presentation decks, and order confirmations
Collect, organize, and submit creative assets for campaigns
Coordinate with creative teams and ad operations to meet deadlines
Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and status updates
Assist in compiling client summary reports and share key results with clients
Maintain accurate CRM records for sales and fulfillment activities
Support Account Executives with client outreach
Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and internal teams

Requirements

Must reside on Maui
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years in coordination, customer service, or administrative support
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
