Job Description

MetLife offers a remote, globally impactful Recruitment Marketing Lead role that shapes how MetLife is perceived as an employer across 40+ countries. You will partner with business leadership, communications, marketing, and HR to attract and engage top talent and strengthen pipelines. This position is remote, with a yearly salary between USD 84,800 and 142,900, and requires at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and craft global recruitment marketing campaigns designed to attract and convert top talent across regions.
  • Pinpoint and deploy essential marketing tools and channels to boost hiring efficiency, improving conversion rates and time-to-fill.
  • Design and run paid media, email, and talent marketing programs that engage target audiences and grow pipelines through CRM, ATS, and related platforms.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers in consistently promoting MetLife as an Employer of Choice worldwide.
  • Integrate AI into recruitment marketing activities to scale impact, improve efficiency, and elevate outcomes while preserving authenticity.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of marketing experience, including digital asset development, organic and paid social media, email and event marketing, and lead generation.
  • 5+ years in recruitment marketing.
  • 2+ years of global marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to apply AI thoughtfully, integrating it with subject-matter expertise to enhance quality and outcomes.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a highly collaborative, global environment with minimal direction.
