Job Description

Hands-on Performance Marketing Operations Manager, O&O Lead Generation, based in Florida (remote), focused on executing and optimizing pay-per-call/pay-per-lead programs with emphasis on tracking, QA, and reporting, with a salary of USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Translate leadership initiatives into actionable tasks and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (executive, dev, accounting) and external partners to enable program launches.
  • Oversee workflows, timelines, and task tracking across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive execution across O&O lead generation programs including outbound dialing, direct mail, digital media, affiliate marketing, and other customer acquisition channels.
  • Promote operational excellence across pay-for-performance marketing efforts.
  • Manage end-to-end tracking across performance marketing channels.
  • Configure and QA tracking across platforms.
  • Ensure data flows correctly from source to lead to conversion to revenue.
  • Identify and address basic tracking gaps and escalate as needed.
  • Support attribution and measurement across customer acquisition channels.
  • Maintain the reporting infrastructure required to evaluate pay-for-performance program success.
  • Build and sustain daily and weekly reporting.
  • Track metrics such as CPL, revenue per lead/call, conversion rates, margin, ROI, and acquisition efficiency.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable updates.
  • Monitor lead quality, monetization, and operational performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets and the reporting framework.
  • Improve processes for setup, QA, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy.
  • Act as a connector between strategy, dev, marketing, and operations.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and support multi-program communication and execution across O&O and pay-for-performance initiatives.
  • This is a hands-on operational role with substantial time spent on setting up campaigns and tracking, building detailed spreadsheets, and managing day-to-day execution while monitoring lead flow and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of performance marketing experience in an O&O lead generation environment supporting pay-for-performance customer acquisition programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting direct-response acquisition channels such as outbound dialing, direct mail, digital media, affiliate marketing, or similar lead generation programs.
  • Strong understanding of pay-for-performance business models where revenue is tied to lead quality, conversions, calls, or customer acquisition outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Experience with tracking, attribution, and data workflows.
  • Familiarity with lead gen or affiliate platforms.
  • Strong organization and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

A Day in the Life
