Performance Marketing Manager
Job Description
eMed, LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to shape how the business engages health-minded audiences through disciplined paid media strategies. This on site role in Miami focuses on paid search and media buying to raise brand visibility while driving qualified lead generation, coordinating closely with the Marketing Director to ensure initiatives align with growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: design and execute media strategies that support company goals, identify market opportunities, and chart a growth roadmap in partnership with the Marketing Director.
- Paid Media Execution: oversee in platform campaigns across search and social channels including LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and Meta.
- Digital Marketing: support additional performance efforts such as SEO, email marketing, and content marketing while continuously optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Customer Acquisition: craft and implement strategies to attract and retain clients within paid media environments, using data driven methods to optimize funnels.
- Analytics and Reporting: monitor market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy; measure campaign performance and apply insights for ongoing improvement.
- Team Mindset: foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: collaborate with sales and business development to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Market Research: conduct ongoing industry and competitor research to inform strategic decisions and reflect customer preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum seven years of paid media experience.
- Experience in the wellness or weight loss sector is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, search, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into marketing plans.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
