Job Description

Hybrid Cincinnati-based position supporting multifamily marketing initiatives for Organized Living.

Responsibilities

  • Help implement integrated B2B campaigns to raise brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, digital assets, sales tools, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with the Multifamily Sales team to create marketing resources and support customer engagement activities.
  • Assist with specification marketing efforts targeting architects, design professionals, owner developers, and property management companies.
  • Coordinate Continuing Education Unit (CEU) presentations, including scheduling, materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, networking events, customer meetings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage event logistics, travel arrangements, marketing materials, and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Support product marketing for Bid360 and related software solutions, including launches and customer success stories.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform Product Management and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist with marketing communications across email, digital, print, social media, website content, and industry publications.
  • Contribute to sustainability marketing initiatives, including LEED messaging and educational content.
  • Monitor marketing performance, track campaign results, and provide reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing marketing materials and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, or a related role.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation development skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience creating marketing collateral and supporting sales enablement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, events, webinars, or customer engagement programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track marketing metrics and interpret campaign performance.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Experience in the multifamily, building products, construction, architecture, or software industries is preferred but not required.
