Job Description

Wholesale Mortgage Marketing Specialist who partners with Account Executives to blend creative design with data-driven digital strategies to drive growth and loan volume for AmWest Funding.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Executive sales team
  • Develop engaging content for mortgage brokers
  • Lead generation initiatives to grow the pipeline
  • Proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong email marketing capabilities
  • Demonstrates a passion for the mortgage space

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience; financial services or real estate experience is a plus
  • Residential Wholesale Marketing experience is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing
  • Proven success managing professional business pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience writing for professional brokers
