Job Description
Wholesale Mortgage Marketing Specialist who partners with Account Executives to blend creative design with data-driven digital strategies to drive growth and loan volume for AmWest Funding.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Executive sales team
- Develop engaging content for mortgage brokers
- Lead generation initiatives to grow the pipeline
- Proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong email marketing capabilities
- Demonstrates a passion for the mortgage space
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience; financial services or real estate experience is a plus
- Residential Wholesale Marketing experience is required
- Advanced proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with UX/UI design
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Proven success managing professional business pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Hands-on experience with email platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience writing for professional brokers
