Job Description

Wholesale Mortgage Marketing Specialist who partners with Account Executives to blend creative design with data-driven digital strategies to drive growth and loan volume for AmWest Funding.

Responsibilities

Support the Account Executive sales team
Develop engaging content for mortgage brokers
Lead generation initiatives to grow the pipeline
Proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong email marketing capabilities
Demonstrates a passion for the mortgage space

Requirements

3+ years of professional marketing experience; financial services or real estate experience is a plus
Residential Wholesale Marketing experience is required
Advanced proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with UX/UI design
Experience with motion graphics and video editing
Proven success managing professional business pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Hands-on experience with email platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience writing for professional brokers
