Job Description

Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in Charleston, SC, joining Jeff Cook Real Estate's Mortgage Division to originate residential loans and build strong Realtor partnerships with six-figure earning potential in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

Originates residential mortgage loans and manages the loan process from application to closing in the Carolinas.
Develops and maintains productive relationships with real estate professionals to generate loan opportunities.

Requirements

Active NMLS license in the state of South Carolina and/or North Carolina (Required).
Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and growth-minded.
