Responsibilities

• Originates residential mortgage loans and manages the loan process from application to closing in the Carolinas.
• Develops and maintains productive relationships with real estate professionals to generate loan opportunities.

Requirements

• Active NMLS license in the state of South Carolina and/or North Carolina (Required).
• Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and growth-minded.
