BesTitle Agency, Inc. is expanding and adding an outgoing team member to represent the agency in the real estate community across the Lexington and Louisville offices. What you’ll do

• Act as the face, eyes, and ears for the Lexington and Louisville offices within the local real estate community.
• Serve as a communication bridge between realtors, lenders, and the office.
• Interact daily with core target groups, including realtors and lenders.
• Support monitoring of service quality to help maintain strong customer experiences.
• Deliver public speaking and presentations covering services and price points.
• Prospect and develop new relationships.
• Assist with customer complaint resolution and drive practical solutions.
• Use a CRM tool to document interactions, including calls, text messages, meetings, and client information, helping improve productivity and effectiveness with individualized marketing.
• Provide input on potential changes to services, policies, and processes to support competitiveness.

What you bring

• Marketing experience (1 year) (required).
• Driver’s License (required).
• Ability to relocate before starting work (Lexington, KY) (required).
• Willingness to travel for the role, with an estimated 50% travel requirement (required).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
