Job Description

Jeff Cook Real Estate’s Mortgage Division is hiring a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to support homebuyers through active Realtor partnerships and in-house collaboration. This hybrid remote role is based in Charlotte, NC 28277, combining marketing support and referral opportunities with a performance-focused environment.

You will work alongside Realtors who are generating buyer activity, connect with direct referral sources from one of the top real estate teams in the Carolinas, and collaborate with high-producing agents and the LOA/operations team to help scale your production. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 per year with six-figure income potential for driven Loan Officers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with real estate agents who are actively generating buyer activity, not limited to the brokerage only.
  • Access direct referral opportunities from one of the top real estate teams in the Carolinas.
  • Collaborate in-house with high-producing agents and LOA’s/operations team.
  • Scale production through consistent opportunity and performance-focused leadership.

Requirements

  • Active NMLS license in South Carolina and/or North Carolina (Required).
  • Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and growth-minded.
