Marketing Strategy, Senior Associate

This role at JPMorgan Chase focuses on supporting Starter and Lower Mass customer segments within engagement marketing to drive retention, financial health, and digital adoption through omni-channel strategies. The position is based onsite in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the engagement team to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, foster innovation, and deliver results for the Starter and Lower Mass segments.
• Assist in campaign strategy, planning, and execution of Consumer Bank engagement marketing initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Contribute to the engagement strategy using omni-channel approaches that span branch and banker interactions, digital channels, email, and owned or paid media.
• Partner with Digital, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams with a focus on segment-specific needs.
• Develop a test-and-learn agenda by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Recommend solutions and testing plans to improve customer experience by addressing pain points and roadblocks for the Starter and Lower Mass segments.
• Collaborate with Analytics to build a robust performance scorecard for ongoing evaluation and optimization of program objectives and results.
• Work closely with the Digital and Analytics Centers of Excellence across opportunity identification to implementation.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital/Technology or Business Management.
• 4+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in direct-to-consumer or digital marketing strategy, innovation, and customer experience.
• Knowledge across all communication channels including web, email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and paid/display media.
• Financial services industry experience and experience in the Mass customer segment is a plus.
• Demonstrates strong partnerships, collaborative leadership, and is recognized as a team player.
• Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results.
• Comfort working in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Comfort with continuously changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
