Job Description

At JPMorgan Chase, the Marketing Analytics Lead-Vice President guides the end-to-end analytics program for Small Business marketing, owning experimentation, measurement, and performance insights that inform acquisition campaigns and key business decisions. This role requires strong collaboration across modeling, finance, marketing channels, and delivery teams to ensure delivered solutions are rigorous, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial and analytical optimization of marketing programs throughout their lifecycle, including opportunity sizing, targeting, test design, execution support, performance reporting, and insights.
  • Own stakeholder relationship management and delivery for assigned marketing partners, including intake, prioritization, scoping, timelines, and outputs; ensure alignment with business goals and campaign calendars.
  • Drive experimentation strategy and measurement rigor, encompassing hypothesis framing, test/control design, success metrics, and post-test readouts; support list execution requirements and measurement feasibility.
  • Develop analytic assets and frameworks to evaluate campaign incrementality, profitability, and ROI, such as forecast/proforma versus actuals and attribution approaches where relevant.
  • Leverage and evolve the analytics toolset, including Snowflake and emerging AI-enabled applications, to improve speed, scale, and consistency of insights.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure solutions are implementable, controlled, and aligned to standards within modeling, finance, marketing channels, and delivery teams.
  • Advocate for and define data requirements needed to monitor performance, targeting, and execution; partner with data teams to address gaps, quality, and data lineage considerations.
  • Maintain and enhance processes and controls supporting measurement quality, repeatability, and auditability of results.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, setting standards for analytical methods, documentation, and stakeholder-ready storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in Marketing Data & Analytics
  • Hands-on experience delivering financial analytics and performance insights across management levels, including campaign test designs, estimation proformas, and actual performance measurement
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex quantitative topics clearly and influence decision-making across business and technical partners
  • Demonstrated experience with business marketing strategy and tactical lifecycle execution
  • Proficiency in data analysis languages and tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, R (or equivalents)
  • Experience with relational databases and big data platforms, including Snowflake
  • Strong analytical reasoning, interpretive ability, and structured problem solving
  • Technical understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and how data flows impact analytics outcomes
  • Experience with dynamic, interactive self-serve BI tools for dashboards and automated reporting
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including executive-ready narratives and presenting complex findings simply

The CCB Data & Analytics team pulls data across Chase to build competitive advantages while protecting customers and delivering value. The team spans data governance, strategy, reporting, data science, and machine learning, partnering closely with Technology to provide cutting-edge data and analytics infrastructure. This team powers Chase with insights to drive superior customer and business outcomes.
