Job Description

Join JPMorgan Chase's Customer Engagement Campaign Marketing team in Columbus in a process-learning capacity focused on onboarding and engagement campaigns to boost retention and financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly product launches and change management by gathering inputs, aligning timelines, and scheduling stakeholder check-ins to advance work through established workflows.
  • Execute campaign operations tasks across digital and direct mail channels, following documented processes, systems, and controls.
  • Maintain marketing repositories with creative specs, in-market tactic inventories, briefs, approvals, and status trackers so teams can locate current, approved materials quickly.
  • Oversee content updates and annual recertification of in-market tactics and materials, including tracking due dates, routing for review, and documenting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as brand and product teams, incorporating feedback from review cycles (including applicable legal and regulatory reviewers) to ensure materials meet requirements and are production-ready.
  • Handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment by prioritizing work, flagging risks early, and providing clear status updates.
  • Document learnings and identify process gaps to support continuous improvement and drive speed-to-market while reducing rework.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing campaign execution, campaign operations, or process coordination, with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including maintaining trackers and repositories and following repeatable processes and controls.
  • High energy and a solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate across partners and incorporate feedback.
  • Team player who contributes to an inclusive, collaborative culture and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for trackers, status reporting, and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree (four-year college degree) required.
