Job Description

This on-site Vice President, Product Owner for Campaign Orchestration leads discovery, backlog, governance, and iterative improvement within JPMorgan Chase Card Marketing Transformation in Wilmington, DE, with a salary range of USD 122,550 to 201,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of campaign orchestration capabilities by turning target-state goals into a sequenced roadmap with measurable quarterly outcomes.
  • Define problem statements, quantify opportunities, establish baseline performance, and set success metrics such as cycle time, rework, service level adherence, adoption, and approval latency.
  • Lead discovery sessions with marketers, channel partners, and operations to identify friction across handoffs, approvals, data readiness, and activation dependencies.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into platform requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure work is consistently ready for design and engineering by clarifying scope, data needs, and the definition of done.
  • Collaborate with technology to design and deliver workflow solutions including states, routing logic, validations, exception handling, integrations, and evidence capture.
  • Drive governance with risk, legal, compliance, and controls stakeholders by embedding approvals, transparency, segregation of duties, and auditability into workflows.
  • Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple workstreams, proactively unblocking teams and escalating when needed.
  • Lead agile execution rituals such as planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives to enable iterative delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Prepare executive-ready roadmap updates, milestone briefings, risk and issue narratives, and decision requests for senior leadership.
  • Support rollout and change management through enablement materials, adoption tracking, and feedback loops guiding iteration and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years in product ownership, program delivery, marketing operations, marketing technology, business analysis, or related cross-functional roles.
  • Proven end-to-end product ownership experience, including problem definition, requirements, backlog management, delivery, rollout, and measurement.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, establish structure, and drive outcomes within a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior-leader level presentations and concise status narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of defining success metrics, using data to prioritize work, quantify impact, and guide iterations.
  • Solid working knowledge of agile delivery practices and tools used for backlog and sprint management.
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs and guiding timely decisions across teams.
  • Capability to partner effectively across marketing, technology, design, data, operations, and control functions.
