Job Description

Fantuan offers an on-site Marketing Specialist role in Flushing, NY with a monthly salary of USD 3,500 to 4,500. This opportunity welcomes Mandarin-speaking professionals with a Bachelor's degree (or higher) and at least one year of experience to design and execute campaigns, oversee community operations, and coordinate offline promotions to grow user numbers and elevate platform exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own strategies to engage users at different levels and take responsibility for marketing campaign plans.
  • Independently assess industry trends and provide clear insights.
  • Analyze the impact and outcomes of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Oversee Fantuan's community operations and daily management.
  • Conduct in-depth user interactions to understand needs and product use intentions.
  • Refine content and activities to attract highly loyal users based on available resources.
  • Design plans and programs aimed at improving marketing results.
  • Execute initiatives to recruit new users, retain current users, and promote company events and activities.
  • Plan and launch offline promotions to broaden reach.
  • Lead and execute promotion programs to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Expand platform exposure and user growth by collaborating with offline sources, hosting collaborative events, and supporting local promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (or above) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, logical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Fast learner, self-driven, able to handle pressure.
  • Innovative, creative, and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel; familiarity with various industry online databases.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is required.
