Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and other social channels.
Collaborate with KOLs and micro-influencers, including both pros and everyday creators, to raise brand awareness and engagement.
Produce and edit engaging content, covering copy, visuals, and basic image edits for social posts.
Independently shoot product photos and promotional videos, handling end-to-end content creation from shooting to editing.
Plan and support online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage official brand accounts, including content planning, posting, and community interactions.
Analyze user behavior and content performance to refine strategies and boost user growth.

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing, social media operations, or influencer marketing.
Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RED) and influencer marketing ecosystems.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills; basic design or image editing ability is a plus.
Experience in campaign planning or event execution is preferred.
Solid understanding of user engagement and growth strategies.
Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
