Marketing & Business Development Specialist (Bilingual in Mandarin)

The Marketing & Business Development Specialist role at Knox Golf Academy supports growth through social media execution, campaign planning, and partnership development. This onsite position is based in New York, NY and requires Mandarin.

Role Overview

In this position, you will plan and deliver social media content, create marketing and promotional campaigns, and build partnerships that drive visibility and customer acquisition. The work also includes promoting corporate offerings such as events and sponsorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Develop creative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
• Design promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and membership programs
• Create corporate event packages, group experiences, and customer acquisition initiatives
• Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses, corporations, schools, organizations, and event planners
• Promote GOLFX corporate events, team-building packages, private events, and sponsorship opportunities

Requirements

• Mandarin is required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, business development, events, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized work style
• Comfortable with outreach, networking, and building new business relationships
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation

Location and Compensation

• Location: New York, NY (onsite)
• Salary: USD 4,000 to 6,070 per month
