Job Description
Ritz Safety is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its Dayton-based team. This on-site role centers on managing website and product content, supporting campaigns, and preserving brand consistency across all channels. The position works closely with IT, product management, and other internal groups to ensure content accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily tasks, project coordination, co-op and campaign support.
- Support website management, including adding new products, updating content, and maintaining accuracy across digital channels.
- Maintain marketing assets such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including IT and product management, to gather content, specifications, and other assets.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and marketing materials.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, helping the team tackle tasks that improve workflow and efficiency.
- Assist National Accounts Marketing with campaigns, promotions, and strategic initiatives to support key customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across social media content, email templates, and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CMS platforms, website content management, or product management systems (Catsy experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
