Job Description
This on-site Marketing Specialist role in Mc Leansboro, IL oversees marketing for two communities, at USD 20 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site staff to meet financial goals and pursue occupancy targets for the communities.
- Maintain a strong online presence for the designated community; monitor, measure, and report on marketing activity and results.
- Assess current market conditions and competitor data to create and implement marketing plans for existing assets.
- Manage lead tracking by reaching out to leads generated through marketing, following up, and logging all correspondence in the database.
- Build and sustain relationships with prospective residents and their families, clearly communicating the Lakeshore community's mission.
- Market the community effectively through networking, sales, advertising, public relations, and local events.
- Identify and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners to secure ongoing referrals and promotional opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of business or marketing related experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
- Technical marketing skills, including proficiency with Facebook.
- Proven track record in customer service, sales, and marketing.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
