Job Description

At Pulte Home Company, LLC, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Manager, Marketing Communications, helping bring the Division’s marketing communications plan to life and meeting local community marketing needs. Based in Alpharetta, GA with an onsite work setup, this role focuses on community content, campaign execution support, vendor coordination, and ongoing tracking of marketing-related invoices.

Role Overview

This position provides day-to-day marketing communications support to ensure Division and community initiatives are executed accurately. The work includes managing community marketing content and assets, coordinating communications and events, and maintaining visibility into related costs through invoice tracking and processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy of Division community pages on brand websites, and provide required creative assets including photos, video, copy, announcements, and inventory listings.
  • Customize ad templates for local market needs, incorporating specific calls-to-action and offers, and secure legal approval for all incentives.
  • Create and distribute email marketing strategy for each community and division, including Realtor communication.
  • Order and manage community creative assets, including Room Designer, Virtual Tours, IFPs, and SAMs.
  • Create and order community brochures and related collateral.
  • Provide community-level marketing point-of-sale materials such as displays, flyers, and inserts.
  • Perform ongoing community presentation audits from the consumer point-of-view, with attention to signage, flags, welcome mats, and related items.
  • Track and process invoices related to marketing plan execution.
  • Coordinate, execute, and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings.
  • Maintain relationships with 3rd-party vendors supporting marketing needs.
  • Update and monitor MLS listings in conjunction with the local broker solution (if applicable).
  • Participate in monthly field calls and an annual marketing summit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a marketing support role.
  • Working understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage work in high stress situations, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team when needed.
