Job Description

This onsite opportunity in Charlotte, NC supports a fast-paced healthcare marketing team, overseeing project coordination, website updates, event setup, vendor coordination, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations for multiple practice brands and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and triage incoming marketing requests, helping to prioritize workflows
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones within our project management systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams, practice leaders, providers, and vendors to move initiatives forward
  • Help keep projects on schedule and maintain organized processes
  • Update website content in WordPress
  • Upload blogs, provider bios, landing pages, and forms
  • Maintain accuracy across multiple websites and listings
  • Plan and schedule social media content in scheduling platforms
  • Create registration pages, forms, and set up events in web platforms
  • Support continuing education programs, referral events, and internal meetings
  • Coordinate attendee lists, invitations, and logistics
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials, signage, apparel, and print assets
  • Assist with proofreading and quality control to meet brand standards
  • Maintain the internal asset library and keep the store organized
  • Enter data and maintain marketing databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with campaign reporting and KPI tracking
  • Support miscellaneous marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, administration, or operations
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, platforms, and tools
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms simultaneously (web, CRM, event systems, project tools, etc.)
  • Experience with project management systems such as Monday.com
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Healthcare or multi-location experience is a plus
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS preferred
