Job Description

Part-time Marketing Operations Coordinator role at MidCoast Wealth Advisors is based in Saint Joseph, Michigan with a hybrid work setup. The position supports marketing, sales, events, and communications across tax and wealth teams, tracks tasks, and ensures timely follow-through with a focus on compliance and maintaining a strong digital presence. Compensation ranges from USD 25 to 40 per hour.

Overview

This part-time role coordinates marketing activities, sales support, events, and communications across the tax and wealth practices, emphasizing task ownership, compliance, and a robust digital footprint. The position requires organized execution and proactive follow-through to advance client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendars and marketing workflows
  • Track ownership and completion of marketing tasks across teams
  • Schedule posts and monitor engagement
  • Submit marketing materials to the compliance department and track statuses
  • Maintain updates and accuracy across assets
  • Monitor engagement through web presence, including Google Business and the website
  • Ensure consistency across advisor sites
  • Track timelines, logistics, and follow-through
  • Track follow-ups and escalate issues as needed
  • Support email campaigns and reporting
  • Remind team members of deadlines, ownership, and next steps
  • Track incomplete or overdue items and follow up when necessary
  • Escalate if reminders are ineffective or repeated misses occur, involving leadership for support

Requirements
